I can’t imagine how you must feel on Mother’s day… BUT, I do know, that your mom would be sooo proud of you and the woman, wife and mother you have become. And, so… yeah… it’s okay to feel raw and emotional and sad and mad all at the same time. I would be. But your girls are so lucky to have you and you them.

BTW, my mom NEVER taught me how to sew. I just picked it up by myself. I’m no seamstress by ANY stretch of the imagination, but I can get it done… just don’t check the underside for the yucky unfinished edges and uneven seams.

I worry too and I see my girls becoming worriers because of it. I’ve had to become more self aware of what I verbalize (worry-type stuff) to my family, because I don’t want to raise worriers.

I liked your last sentence when you wrote “that they will always know hope”. I will begin praying that too, because I never want them to feel that there is none.

Congrats to Musa on their anniversary. And now I’ve learned something new about the Musa publishing line. I don’t think I’ve seen any of the other blogs mention that the imprints are named after the 9 muses. How creative is that? This is such a wonderful hop.
